Contemporary Ballet

Time: 12:30-2pm EST    

Location: Ashford Dance Company (376 N Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14607)

Cost: $15 - Single Class

$50 - Class 4 Pack

Level: Intermediate/Advanced (some dance experience suggested).

Attire: Anything that you can move in and feel empowered in!

Class Description: Class will consist of some groovy barre work, center sequences, and phrasework through which we will explore concepts of breath, release, alignment, flow, and the construction/deconstruction of shape and line. We will find ways to enjoy our movement, find organic pathways within our technique, and release any intimidation or trauma from previous classical training. All are welcome!

 

Additional Details:

• You must register online before coming to class as there are only 12 spots available per class.

• Classes take place in 4 week sessions with 1 week off in between sessions.

• The 4 Class Pack is redeemable for all sessions.

• Masks are now optional but still encouraged.
